We have a number of sample simple wills available at our office. They can be customized to fit your needs and you can alter them depending on the needs of your estate. These simple wills are designed for single persons without a complicated estate, married persons leaving their estate to each other, and married persons with children.

        If you need a new will, please contact the office and we can prepare the will for you. To be legal, it must be signed with a notary and witnessed by two people who are not related to you and are not named in the document.
