Once you are at the SEC home page for Investment Advisor filings, you can search for our most recent FORM ADV by entering either "Michael J. Crew" under firm name or "19835" in the SEC Number search criteria. If you have any difficulties accessing the form, please contact us and we will provide a copy.

        A contingency disaster plan is also in place that will allow us to continue our work in the event of an emergency. The plan works in conjunction with Fidelity's automated trading system and our backup data so the office can be relocated and operational with little difficulty. The contingency plan is updated on an annual basis.
