Demonstrated is the relative performance of the S&P 500 Index to the Russell 2000 Index. The Standard and Poors 500 Index consists of 500 industrial, utility, transportation, and financial companies of the US markets (mostly New York Stock Exchange issues). It is a capitalization (share price times # of shares) weighted index calculated on a total return basis with dividends reinvested. The Russell 2000 Index is composed of the 2,000 smallest securities in the Russell 3000 Index, representing approximately 11% of the Russell 3000 total market capitalization. The Russell 3000 Index is composed of the 3,000 largest U.S securities as determined by total market capitalization. These Indices are capitalization-weighted and include only common stocks belonging to corporations domiciled in the U.S. and its territories.
