Most financial institutions allow you to access your accounts on-line through our website and they are all on secured pages, protected with PIN numbers and encrypted script.
You should have each received a User ID number as well as a password under separate cover from our office. These numbers will allow you to access the Fidelity Advisor Site and the link below will take you to the Fidelity MaxxLink investment page. You will see a page that recommends a 128-bit browser for additional security. If you need to, you can download the browsers directly from the Fidelity site.
Page down to the bottom of the page and it will ask for the ID number and Password (PIN). Once you enter the User ID an PIN that we provided, you will be required to personalize your password. At that point, you will be responsible for remembering the password so you can access your accounts. We will not know your personalized passwords and you will need to contact Fidelity if you forget your PIN. This site is restricted to your Fidelity accounts only. For those of you with accounts at other institutions, the links are below.
The PIN and User IDs we sent you are only relevant to the Fidelity MaxxLink site that is linked below. If you are trying to access your accounts on Fidelity's retail site (www.fidelity.com), the PIN is not going to be accepted.
Many of you have accounts at other institutions and the links are below. The Vanguard site also requires a PIN number and you should click on Your Accounts and follow the instructions to sign in.
For Dreyfus,
click on Mutual Fund Online Account Access and follow the instructions.
They will assign you a PIN through the mail once you've submitted your
request.
